I was scrolling on IG when I saw a few of my mutuals post stories about how much they made on Threads the month before. Yes, you read that right. Threads.

Some creators made $200, $900. One creator even made $5,000 in June from the Threads program alone.

I haven’t seen creators make this type of money from something that isn’t long-form, ad sense since TikTok launched the “Creativity Beta Program” last year. As TikTok’s creator fund money begins to dry up and the algorithm is becoming potentially the most censored out of all of them, creators are scrambling.
