Hi there! I am Coco Mocoe. I am a marketing and digital trend expert who spent years working behind-the-scenes on content and strategy at companies like BuzzFeed and Famous Birthdays. At Famous Birthdays, I produced videos with rising internet personalities that got over 40 million views on YouTube and helped build out BuzzFeed’s vertical video team.
After posting trend predictions to TikTok in 2022, my social media presence took off. My TikTok has over 1,000,000 followers and I have the most engaged and thoughtful audience! I am now a full-time creator and consultant for celebrities and brands that are launching their own projects and want to create their own trends. I have traveled the world speaking on media & marketing panels; such as, Cannes Lions, AdWeek, Possible in Miami.
What can you expect from Substack?
Free Subscribers:
Every Friday, I will publish one trend report that is visible to all subscribers in your email inbox. I will talk about trends I see rising and also examine older trends and talk about what I think they reflected in that moment in time.
Trends are like mile markers for culture. What can we learn from previous trends and what do they show us about what is to come?
Paid Subscribers:
Every Monday, paying subscribers will get a completely unfiltered video from me where I discuss a trending topic without fear of censoring myself for the algorithm and the opinion of others. I ask that we keep this a safe space and keep it respectful in the comments for everyone involved, including any real people being discussed.
Paid subscribers will also have access to the chat feature. That is where we discuss trending topics in the news when it comes to celebrities, creators and marketing news.
