Momentum has been growing for reality stars and their fight for better treatment during and after filming. This comes after former 'Love is Blind' star, Nick Thompson, filed a lawsuit against Netflix last year and launched U.C.A.N. (Unscripted Cast Advocacy Network). There seem to be many parallels with how reality stars are treated across multiple networks - hinting at an institutional problem that needs change.
